MISSION:

• The mission of the Department of Economics is to teach theoretical Economics to a diverse group of students and equip them with advanced knowledge.

• To contribute to the dissemination of knowledge through teaching.

• To develop aptitude and skills of the students to equip them to face the challenges and needs of a fast changing society.

Teaching Methods:

Teaching methods adopted to improve student learning: Home assignment, class room seminars.

Future Plans:

● It is proposed to arrange special lectures by inviting subject experts and senior faculty members.
