Objectives of the Department

      1) To inculcate high literary values.
      2) Introducing the students to the forms of literature.
      3) Teaching them the skill of communication, facing interviews and group discussion.
      4) Building confidence in them through literature and lessons.

      1) “Two Days International Seminar on Language, Literature, Society & Cultural Interdisciplinary Perspectives & 12th Century Folk       Literature” in the year 2018.
      2) “Two day International Webinar on Latest Trends in Indian English Literature”in the year 2020.
      3) Dr. D.T Angadi has written seven literary works during his period at this college.
      4) SmtRekhaKharatmol has published 5 research articles in the International Journal, participated in 7 International webinars and 23 National webinars during her tenure.
